Summer Glau is an American actress famous for appearing as River Tam in the critically well-reviewed TV series Firefly and as Cameron in the show Terminator. Sarah Connor Chronicles. Also, she has appeared in Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck, Hawaii Five-0 and The 4400. She has also appeared in movies like Serenity as well as Knights of Badassdom has also done a number of TV film and shorts such as Mammoth The Birth of Sarah Deadly Honeymoon Help for Christmas Dead End and Inside the Box to name several. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . The youngest daughter from Marcela Quintanilla. Selena started her professional career at age eight in a group formed by Abraham Quintanilla. Selena and her brothers Abraham junior and sister Suzette performed on drums. Selena sang for the group. Selena Y Los Dino was her name for the group and Selena could be seen singing with other siblings at restaurants, bars and at wedding fairs. Selena along with her sisters as well as their parents were always busy in the band. They did not have an early childhood. However, Abraham was a strong advocate for them to become determined musicians because of his passion. Abraham senior was also a musician in the group that first formed, Los Dinos. Selena Y Los Dinos officially began in 1981. This band was the Quintanilla's principal business. Even though there were times of struggle in the beginning, with a lack of funds, the Quintanilla family was determined and continued on their journey to becoming an effective band. Selena Y Los Dinos would gain popularity in the west states during the 1980s. Selena was named Female vocalist and performer of the Tejano Music Awards in 1986. Since then, Selena Y Los Dinos were among the top winners every year, and they gained notoriety and fame. They were on numerous Spanish TV shows of the Spanish language including El Show De Johnny Canales Siempre En Domingo and Sabado Gigante.
